Take a Public Step In Faith
Next Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection.
Serve on the iTEAM
The iTEAM is designed to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference here at The WORD and in your community. We offer many different teams to make it easy for you to serve. From greeting guests on Sunday, to leading a Life Group. Each team makes an eternal impact.

Life Groups are all about real life change through authentic relationships. God designed us for community, and in Life Groups, we find a place to connect, grow, and support one another in our faith journey. Whether you're looking for a fun activity or a Bible study, there's a group for you. Life is better together, and we can't wait for you to experience the power of Life Groups!
Lead a Life Group
You don't need to have it all together to lead a Life Group—you just have to be willing to let God use you. If you're a first-time leader, join us for Life Group Leader Training. We believe God uses Life Groups to change people's lives, and as a leader, you get to be a part of that.

Follow Jesus
Step 1 is the foundation of every next step in your faith journey. Before serving on a team, becoming a member, or discovering your God-given purpose, it all begins with a relationship with Jesus. This step focuses on two important decisions every believer is called to make: salvation and water baptism.

Step 2 is about discovering who we are, what we believe, and how you can become part of our church family. In this step, you'll learn about our mission, values, leadership, membership, and opportunities to serve, while exploring how God has uniquely designed you to make a difference through The WORD.

Discover Your Purpose
Step 3 is all about helping you identify the unique gifts, strengths, and passions God has placed in your life. As you explore your spiritual gifts and serving opportunities, you'll discover how God can use you to make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and find your place in the mission of The WORD.
